„Ein nettes, zentral gelegenes Hostel, das die Möglichkeit...

Ein nettes, zentral gelegenes Hostel, das die Möglichkeit bietet, ungezwungen mit anderen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Alles ist sehr sauber, die Zimmer haben Ventilatoren; für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist alles optimal. Besonders nett war der Gastgeber, der einem anderen Gast und mir ohne Aufpreis ein kleineres Zimmer anstatt Plätze im großen Schlafsaal gegeben hat, damit für alle die Nacht in der Sommerhitze erträglicher wird. Gerne wieder!

„Sehr preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und mäßiger Ausstattung.

Relativ zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage - Anbindung an Straßenbahn ist gegeben. Und man kann sogar bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Anmerkung: Das Personal spricht großteils Englisch, eine Person spricht auch durchschnittlich gut deutsch. Die Ausstattung an sich, ist üblicher Standard. Betten, Tresor, ein kleiner Tisch. Daneben befand sich eine Allgemein-Küche (für alle) mit guter Ausstattung, wie Elektroherd, Kühlschrank, Esstisch, Sitzgelegenheit.

Derzeit keine Klimaanlage, bzw ohne Funktion. sowie starke Temperaturschwankungen des Wassers in den Duschen. Ich habe das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht - sie sagten mir, sie wissen Bescheid, dass alles in Bearbeitung sei und es aber noch eine Weile dauern wird. Es wird umgebaut, um diese Punkte zu verbessern und dem Personal ist die Problematik bekannt. Darum ein :) weil sie Bescheid wissen und etwas dagegen unternehmen.

Super freundliches Personal. Unglaublich sympathisch eingerichtet. Für den Preis in Wien ist es echt gut. Gutes Wifi. Angenehme atmosphäre.

So ziemlich alles. Vor allem die Einrichtung ist top!

Hätte vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Gemeinschaftsgefühl gewollt, aber dass ist nur eine Kleinigkeit.

2 WC für allen. Und die viel zu klein : 2 kühlschrank auch für allen ;2 duschen und 2 lange Waschbecken auch in 1 raum. in zimmer ein kleines schrank kein platz für köfer.

„Nie wieder!!!!

Das Einzige was mir gefallen hat war die Lage.

Nicht gefallen hat mit, dass ich direkt bei der Ankunft aufgefordert wurde noch 1 Euro zu bezahlen, wo mir nicht klar war wofür, davon war bei der Buchung keine Rede. Auch wenn es nur 1 Euro ist, es geht einfach ums Prinzip. Weiterhin gibt es zwar Spinde für die Sachen dafür muss man aber eine eigenes Schloss haben (was man ja dann in der Regel nicht dabei hat) oder man muss ein Schloss mieten. Im Hostel gibt es keine Handtücher, lediglich zwei Duschen und zwei kleine Toiletten. An einigen Betten hat man nicht mal die Möglichkeit wenigstens eine Kleinigkeit abzulegen (z.B. Kleidung oder Schuhe).

Besonders gut gefiel mir die Lage und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Auf meine Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen

Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine und das WLAN war okay aber teilweise zu schwach.

„Alles ist sauber, gut organisiert, man wechselt jeden Tag...

Alles ist sauber, gut organisiert, man wechselt jeden Tag die Tücher und man putzt alles in der Küche und im Bad. Freundliches Personal, gemütliches Zimmer, saubere Wäsche. Hostel liegt neben U-Bahn Station (max. 7 Minuten weit), es gibt Geschäfte, Cafes und alles, was Sie brauchen. Einfach perfekt für Paar Tage in Wien!

„WG-Feeling, entspannt, gut angebunden

Hostel aufgebaut wie große WG. Im Doppelzimmer ruhig (Fenster zur Nebenstraße). Schöner Altbau. Freundliches und immer verfügbares Personal. Entspannte Atmosphäre. Möglichkeit zum Kochen vorhanden. Gute Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr: Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür und U-Bahn und S-Bahn die Straße runter. Mit der U-Bahn 9 min. bis zum Zentrum. Lage in normalem Wohnbezirk ohne viele Touristen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig.

Viele Zimmer mit Fenster Richtung laute Hauptstraße. Personal spricht besser Englisch als Deutsch. Hinweis: Zu U-Bahn und S-Bahn geht es recht steil bergab - für Rollstuhlfahrer nur mäßig geeignet. (Alternative: Mit der Straßenbahn zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle fahren).

„Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein einfach gehaltenes Zimmer.

Komfortables Bett, angenehme Lage, in der Nacht immer ruhig.

Duschen gehen war etwas umständlich, da das Putz-Personal Zeitdruck hatte. Toiletten waren ab und zu verschmutzt.

Met my needs for a budget bed near to centre.

It had a cool vibe and I met some interesting people there. It's an apt divided into dorms and run as a family business. Triple bunks but thankfully mine was on the bottom. 3 stops out on the metro or tram right outside. Spar and one or two nice food shops and restaurants nearby.

Getting shushed when we returned at 1 am. We weren't particularly noisy and it's fair enough in an apt block, but it's an inherent conflict with having a hostel in a residential apt block. Can't be fun for the neighbours.

Stay away

The Pubcrawl was nice and it was nice to have a bar downstairs. Really central hostel

If you took a shower you flooded the bathroom. Really hot in the rooms and the AC didn't work. They have a laundry service. But after 24h they didn't even dried it yet.

The staff was really helpfull.

The staff was really helpfull. I arrived in a late flight and had no problem in the check in.

Worst Experience ever.

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL. I HAD A REALLY BAD TIME WITH THE HOST/OWNER. After paying for my stay online, host/owner told me I had to pay 1 euro for a fee. As I did not have any cash on me, I proposed to pay afterwards as I was going to work overnight on my laptop. He started to HARASS ME through the evening: Telling I was making noise when I was silent, that I turned off dorm light when I didn't even went there and I was just in the kitchen working. The next morning things have escalated. He stormed in my room demanding the euro missing and as I spent all night working and couldn't go out, I told him I was going downstairs to get money to make the 1 euro payment. He got really NERVOUS and AGGRESSIVE. He said I could not go anywhere without paying 1 euro. I tried to explained him that I needed to go downstairs to get the money but he refused to let me. He stayed at the door making my way out IMPOSSIBLE. I felt like Ive been kept as a HOSTAGE there for a miserable 1 euro that I wanted to pay. He started shouting and threatened to call the police and I told him that he should already have done it. He called the police and meanwhile we waited, the Host/Owner started claiming that he could kill me for several times. He even came closer to me taunting with same kind of statement "I AM IN MY HOSTEL, I CAN KILL YOU RIGHT HERE!" He was making such a scene in front of others customers including children, which I apologize for him to their mother. After the threatening, he kept insulting and used RACIST expressions including the word TERRORIST as I have a tanned colored skin. As the police officers appears and clearly noticed this man in distress and understood the situation, they offered to pay the 1 euro fee for me and allowed me to leave the hostel. --- Besides of this situation, the hostel is dirt, far from centre and have no lights in the toilets.

The owner is really nice and welcoming, theres a nice big...

The owner is really nice and welcoming, theres a nice big kitchen and seating area, theres a few toilets and showers with no waiting, the beds are pretty comfy. Easy trip into town on the metro.

Theres basically no curtain so take an eye mask if you have one.

Good!

Is clean, friendly stuff, comfortable, you can leave the luggage without problems. I had so bad mosquito allergie and was good that the manager asked me about that for have a precaution in case I had bugs. That means that care about the clean and everything! I like it!

The location is good if you don't care take the train or Subway other side is 55 min walking to the centre. I paid $1 more. And didn't understand why. Will be excellent if the hostel add salt, and oil. Is a simple stuff that help so much to the Travellers

Wierd but okay hostel experience in a nice location.

The location is great. It's a couple minutes' walk from Spitellau U-Bahn Station. 2 supermarkets located close by and a cheaper 3rd one a bit further away.

This place was somehow wierd. It has permanent residents there. Either in their own rooms or in the bunk beds. There are only 2 showers and 2 (gendered) toilets. That wasn't an issue in itself as there were less then 10 people at that time, however, I can see that being a massive problem if the place is full or close to.

I was glad that I was able to leave after 2 nights, and am not likely to stay there again.

there was no breakfast. Location was easy to reach.

the showers were gender neutral which means that men and women shared two shower stalls next to each other. There was no space to keep dry clothing inside the shower stall to dress in privacy.

A nice average hostel

I've seen there three storey bunk bed for the first time! There is enough space, the kitchen is equipped well for cooking

Maybe a little bit less clean then it should be (but not awfully) and not the closest to the centre spot (though the centre is accessible easily with the tram)

They didn't have my reservation and in the internet they had wrong time for signing in. So a bit confusing start but they managed to get us a room, which was not cleaned though.
